Specific project scope, pricing and timelines are defined in a separate written proposal or contract for each engagement, which takes precedence over general statements on this website.

Payments

Projects are billed per the milestone schedule agreed in your proposal. Late payments may pause project delivery until resolved.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (code, designs, content) created specifically for their project, excluding any third-party or pre-existing tools and libraries used to build them.

Limitation of liability

ZAM Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of delivered software, websites or marketing campaigns, to the extent permitted by law.
