ZAM Consultancy & Advisory Firm was established in Lahore, Pakistan in 2015 with a clear purpose: to provide businesses and individuals with the same quality of financial and tax advisory that large corporations receive, but tailored to the real needs and budgets of Pakistani SMEs, startups, and growing businesses.
What began as a boutique tax and accounting practice in Johar Town, Lahore has grown into a multi-disciplinary professional services firm with over 50 professionals, serving 3,000+ active clients across Pakistan and internationally. Our team includes ICAP Chartered Accountants, ACCA members, FBR-registered tax practitioners, SECP-authorized corporate agents, certified HR professionals, and experienced business advisors.
Over the years, we expanded our service offering to meet the evolving needs of our clients. We added SECP corporate secretarial services in 2016, launched our payroll and HR division in 2017, established our international desk for overseas Pakistanis in 2018, and introduced our Strategic Advisory and Virtual CFO practice in 2020. Today, ZAM Consultancy is a full-service advisory firm serving clients from Lahore to London, Karachi to Canada, and Islamabad to Dubai.
Our Lahore head office in Johar Town serves as the hub for our operations across Pakistan. We serve clients in every major Pakistani city — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, and Peshawar — as well as overseas Pakistanis in the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, and Australia.
